This group is ideal for adults who struggle with relationship issues, communication difficulties, sensitivity to change, and emotional highs and lows. This group provides helpful skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) related to relationship building, regulating emotions, acceptance of change, and tolerating distress. Additionally, we will develop an awareness of self and the mind-body connection through mindfulness. This group is led from a trauma-informed perspective, with focus on self-observation and self-compassion instead of judgment.
