Dr. Romulus works with adults and couples who are experiencing relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and identity issues, or other life transitions. Her approach is integrative though largely psychodynamic. She believes therapy is most successful when there is a warm, strong, and mutually collaborative alliance.
Dr. Romulus has experience working in a variety of clinical settings with diverse populations. As a result, she is fluent in multiple modalities to assist patients such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches. She has also pursued training in promoting racial healing and improving sleep hygiene.
