Cheyenne works with adults who experience trauma symptoms, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and identity issues, LGBTQIA2S+ concerns, or other life transitions. She believes a strong therapeutic relationship prompts fuller connections in other areas of life - to oneself, to others, and to the environment.
Cheyenne works to discover her clients' personal values, explore and process patterned behaviors and relationships, and uncover and utilize individual strengths to take steps towards achieving personal goals. Her approach is trauma-focused and person-centered, including a background in psychodynamic therapy, somatic attachment theory, parts work, TF-CBT, and holistic wellness.
