Chris works with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem/identity issues, relationship problems, substance use, or life transitions. He embraces an expansive view of the individual and collaborate with clients to explore how their sense of self impacts their moods, relationships, functioning, and their overall past and current experiences.
His approach is person-centered, including a background in psychodynamic therapy, substance use treatment, motivational interviewing, CBT, mindfulness techniques and trauma informed therapy.
