Jingyi works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, grief, substance use recovery, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. As a queer, Tibetan-Chinese therapist, she values culturally-sensitive and individualized care. She understands that clients’ stories are shaped by family, community, culture, and lived experiences, and works with them to explore these layers and create space for self-understanding.
Jingyi provides warm, trauma-informed care, drawing from psychodynamic, existential, and narrative approaches. She is committed to building a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where clients can reflect, heal, and move toward clarity. She offers therapy in both English and Mandarin.
