Mallory Bodker, LMSW, has experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity development, complex trauma, acculturation stress, intimate partner violence, and gender dysphoria. She approaches therapy with an attuned, relational style that invites clients to explore emotionally complex experiences. Mallory is known for her empathetic presence and her ability to remain engaged and grounded during vulnerable conversations.
Her clinical work is informed by psychodynamic and relational theories, as well as social work values and culturally responsive care. She provides individualized therapy that considers cultural identity, social context, and environmental factors in the therapeutic process.
Mallory values authenticity in the therapeutic space and believes levity can coexist with depth, even in difficult conversations. She welcomes feedback and views the therapeutic relationship as an ongoing, reflective dialogue. During her Master’s training at New York University and since graduating, she has worked in school-based, community mental health, and private practice settings. Mallory aims to help clients develop greater self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and feel more empowered in their lives and relationships.
