Samantha Su, LPCC works with adults navigating emotional challenges and life transitions. Her approach is informed by trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and her training in art therapy. She helps clients explore emotions, strengthen emotional regulation, develop coping skills, and find new ways to express experiences that may be difficult to put into words. Her clinical experience spans school-based mental health, inpatient psychiatry, and community mental health settings. Samantha values culturally responsive, collaborative care that honors each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. She strives to create a supportive environment where clients can build self-understanding, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful change.
