Tanya works with adults who are navigating the challenges of life, including the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and identity concerns, and periods of transition. She believes the therapeutic relationship itself is a meaningful and healing space. Her work supports deeper connection to the self, to others, and to the world around us all.
Therapy with Tanya is intentional and collaborative, shaped by years of experience working with diverse communities as both an educator and a counselor. While completing her Master’s training, she continued working in school settings, collaborating to develop programs and build relationships with teenagers and their families as they navigated everyday stressors and life crises. In addition, she provided individual therapy to adult clients at Create Outcomes.
Tanya’s background uniquely equips her to understand the systems and environments we live within, and how tension can emerge in relationships, lived experiences, and complex social contexts. At the same time, she approaches each client as a whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Together, Tanya and her clients gently explore personal values, emotional and relational patterns over time, and inner strengths using an integrative, holistic, person-centered approach. This work creates space for insight, healing, and growth, guided by the belief that healing unfolds over time and that meaningful change emerges when we listen more deeply to ourselves and move forward with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
