Barb earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. During her clinical training and subsequent work in group practices, she developed a strong foundation in managing diverse caseloads, focusing on educating clients about brain function, emotional regulation, and sustainable coping strategies. By integrating psychodynamic and attachment-based principles with evidence-based interventions, Barb offers a holistic clinical approach to meet clients where they are.
